Railsea Easter Eggs

I just finished reading Railsea and wanted to write these down before I went looking for someone else's list.
Streggeye - Easter Island. Easy. Stonefaces in the upsky and invectives. Also, Ea[Ster Is]land.
Gul Fofkal - Gulf of California
Gulfalask - Gulf of Alaska
Pittman - Pittman Islands [Edited: No, I was thinking of the Pitcairns.].

I spent a lot of time thinking about how poor my Pacific geography is.

Update: Lots of people spotting Easter Island, as homage to Whale source material. But still haven't found anyone listing other places. Surely it's out there somewhere.

Manihiki atoll in the Cook Islands really is at the center of the Pacific!

Names in the Railsea
Nuzland is New Zealand

So that makes Bollons - Bollons Island, Cape Chatham is Chattam Island. Cambellia is made up -- but it is the Shallows that make up the Sea East of New Zealand.

Steggeye is of course Easter Island, Manihiki is self named.

Clarion is an Island East of Mexico.

Cabigo may be related to Cabigo Point in the Philipeans -- that's fairly obscure though. But The Phillipeans would work as a 'weak and quarelsome kingdomms of islands'
