Smith and PCness

While reading through Critical Mass today for the first time, I ran across this entry. Back in April, Smith voted to eliminate the words "she" and "her" from the constitution. I managed to miss all the news on this subject.

I do notice, however, the title to the World Net Daily news article which Critical Mass points to, punctuation, wording, and all: "Girls college dumps pronoun 'she'"

The road to hell is paved with mis-used apostrophes...

Re: the road
That's one problem with the headline. Can you see the other one?

Recruitin' in elementary school
GIRLS' COLLEGE does make it sound like the entire student body is about 14 and under, doesn't it?

You youthful, tender thing! Why, if you met C. soon after graduating from there, he must be quite the cradle robber!

*shakes finger at C.*

I'll share my candy with you 'cause you figured it out!

(It's very un-PC to call it that. An institutional pet peeve.)
