Fishy Circumstances


While in wine country on Saturday, I picked up a slew of perfectly ripe peaches, and so there was much in the way of peaches involved in last night's dinner. I made peach salsa for the meat, and my very first pie, a peach gingerbread one, both from Moosewood receipes. The house smells wonderfully of peach pie now. There are even a few left over still for eating.
