Azumanga Daioh, episodes 15-16. I still feel rather indifferently about this show, and it doesn't matter that I've missed numerous episodes in the series. Chiyo-chan in the Stuffed Animal Café really was incredibly cute, though.
Princess Tutu, episode 5. I am still deeply intrigued by Princess Tutu. With all of its musical, ballet, and folklore references, it's a slightly more intellectual anime than most others. Last night's first time viewers were loudly baffled by Drosselmeyer's brief appearances. Unfortunately, UTARPA won't be able to show more of the series any time soon. ADV is changing the way it releases many of its series, and going to online-ordering only for some of them. (But not direct-sales only. It will sell through Amazon and other companies, so I don't really understand where their savings will be.) Anyways, this series is the first to be affected, and the release date for Vol. 2 has been postponed.
Chrono Crusade, episodes 4-5. I seen eps. 1, 2, 4, and 5 now and I really like this series. It's set in an alternate-universe 1920s New York, where gun-toting nuns fight demon infestations. The main character is bound to a rebel demon, a good guy caught up in the fight, devoted to his contractee. In these episodes, Rosette is finally becoming more competently serious about her work, and we learn more about the role of Heaven in this world.
